He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Ottone; his parents, Paul Ottone and Susan Costolino Ottone; and his sister Annette Bennett. He is survived by: his sons, Bernard Kurtulis of Scranton, Vincent Jr. of Scranton and Joseph Ottone (Susan) of Scranton; his grandchildren, Darlene, Samantha, Chris, Sean, Jonathon and Mark Ottone; and his sister Sylvia Price. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
