He was predeceased by: his sister Geraldine (John Gorzkowski Sr.); his nephews, John Oliveri and John Gorzkowski Jr.; and his great-uncle Nicholas. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Oustrich; his niece Gail Oliveri (Nazarro); his brothers-in-law, John Oustrich of Elverson, PA, Paul Oustich (Ann) of Taylor and George Oustrich (Jacqueline) of Taylor; and his aunt Helen Sneer Perrige. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to his church.
