She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Collins and Edna Fraunfelker Collins; her husband Edward Maciorowski; and her siblings, Evelyn Westcott, Eleanor Mastronardi and Donald Collins.

She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Lillis of Old Forge and Lisa Gillow (Richard) of Avoca; her grandchildren, Kyle Lillis, Amanda Balendy and Christopher Gillow (Lisa Chihorek); and her great grandchild Logan Balendy.
