She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Davis and Helen Barber Davis; her son Charles "Chuckie"; and her brother-in-law Ron Boyle. She is survived by: her significant other Hank; her sister Janet Drungell; her daughter-in-law Linda Semyon; her children, Cassie and Ryan; her siblings-in-law, Don Boyle and Debbie Boyle; her goddaughters, Amy and Amanda; her close friends, Ginny Fredmonski, Chuck and Liz Megella; and also, Tommy, Michael, Shelly, Alan, Jack, Donna, Devion, Deby, Erabella, Robbie III and Lucas.
Kathy was a board member for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, volunteered for both the transplant foundation and WVIA and was an auction specialist.
