He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Theresa Ann Falcone, Emil and Mary Notari. He is survived by: his parents, James Notari and Paula Falcone Notari; his brother Thomas (Erin); and his grandfather Sam Falcone. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
