He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Decker Sr. and Alma Burke Decker; and his brother George Decker. He is survived by: his children, Megan Decker (Dan Gnall) of Old Forge, Frank Decker Jr. (Adella) of Avoca and Shaun Decker (Georgia Burton) of Dalton; his grandson Derek Decker; his siblings, Raymond Decker, Jr. (Carol Morrison) of Glendale and Marie Ostrowski of Moosic; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Anne Sershen (Bob) of Jessup and Jane Kazmerski (Ed) of Avoca. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
