She was predeceased by: her parents, James Phillip Teetsel, Sr. and Dorothy Arlene Lasher Teetsel; and her mother-in-law Edna Jean Cudworth. She is survived by: her husband Robert F. Cudworth, Jr.; her daughters, Christy Lee Cudworth of Wilkes-Barre, PA and Diana Lynn Cudworth of Moosic, PA; her granddaughter Sabrina Jean of Wilkes-Barre, PA; her half-brother Michael Cotton of Springville, PA; and her father-in-law Robert F. Cudworth of Moosic. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
