Francis of Moosic, Pennsylvania, born in Taylor, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Smerdon and Prudence Smerdon (Eaton); her siblings, Edward Smerdon, Prudence Slack and Dorothy Smerdon; and her niece Alice Hensley.
She is survived by: her cousin Betty Herron; her children, Wesley J. Francis Jr. of Old Forge and Linda L (Francis); her granddaughters, Samantha Studders and Alicia Dommes (Brian); and her sister Linda Seaman Pittston Twp.
