He was predeceased by: his son Brian; his parents, Stanley Truskowski and Edna Truskowski; and his brothers, Ronald and Leon Truskowski.
He is survived by: his wife Marianne DeStefano Truskie; his children, Craig Truskie, Lynn Truskie (Brett) and Mark Truskie; and his grandsons, Grant and Bryson Williams.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Margaret Mary Church (1 Parish Pl, Coraopolis, PA 15108).
