She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Winfield and Florence June Horton. She is survived by: her husband Jonathan Kline; her daughters, Joanette Petrakis (Steven) and Arica Mull; her grandchildren, Eryn Petrakis, Darrian Petrakis and Arden Mull; and her sister Robin Hiles.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family has requested donations be made to Wounded Warrior Project or the The National Kidney Foundation in Sandra's name.
