He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Tarquinio and Rose Tarquinio (Venneri); his siblings, Arthur Richard Tarquinio and Anita Tarquinio-Marcocci; and his brother-in-law Jeffrey Alborn.

He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Tarquinio (Alborn); and his daughter Olivia Tarquinio.
