It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter R. Phillipy of Moon Township, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 23, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Phillipy and Emma Phillipy (Frantz). He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Phillipy (Zakan); his grandchildren, David Phillipy, Elizabeth Lamping (Timothy), Whitney Phillipy, Demi Phillipy and Rebecca Leibrick; his great grandchildren, Noah, Emma and Mary Lamping; and his sisters, Orpha Shoener and Fern Hitz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
