She was predeceased by: her parents, James Tetzlaw and Lillian Tetzlaw (Nanz); and her brother James. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Walenchok; her children, Diane Ulizzi (Dean), Thomas Walenchok (Lori) and Michael Walenchok (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Kimberly Cooney (Sean), Kevin Ulizzi (Ashley), Joseph Ulizzi, Ashley Mays (Cory), Alex Walenchok (Amanda), Emily Maue (Rocco), Adam Walenchok, Mike Walenchok and Brady Walenchok; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Maxwell, Carter, Lennox and Nora; and her sister Donna Miller (Ed).
