She is survived by: her mother Velma Fawley (Dale); her husband John; her children, Frankie, Johnny and Lindsey; her brother Mark Wingard (Audrey); her mother-in-law Antoinette Vlasic; her sister-in-law Valerie Stumpf (Gary); and her nieces and nephews, Heather, Gary (Jess), Jackie, Sophie and Anthony.
