He is survived by: his son-in-law Will; his wife Linda [Allen] Decker of Montrose, PA; his children, Amy Hitchcock (Will) of Montrose, PA, Scott Decker of Montrose, PA and Holly Decker of Montrose, PA.; his grandchildren, Katie Hitchcock, Megan Hitchcock, Nickolas Crosson and Safia Decker; his sister Patricia Franks (David) of Montrose, PA; and his sister-in-law Cindy Estell (Dale) of Montrose, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
