He was predeceased by: his sister Sarah Rosengrant. He is survived by: his parents, John Miner and Peg Miner (Cass); his daughters, Alicia Pietrzykoski (Stephen) of Montrose and Kayla Miner of Montrose; his grandchildren, Payton and Aleksandria; and his siblings, Linda Daly (Charles) of Montrose and John Miner, Jr. (Jess) of Tunkhannock. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
