With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rachelle Shaulis of Montrose, Pennsylvania, born in Binghamton, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 30, 2024 at the age of 59. She was predeceased by: her father Howard Powers; and her close friend Kathy Millard. She is survived by: her husband Al Shaulis; her son Samuel Shaulis (Mother Nancy Powers); her sister Renee Kimmell; her brother-in-law Robert Kimmell; her mother-in-law Marilyn Corbett; her nephew Cory Kimmell; and her nieces, Courtney Kimmell and Nicole Kimmell. She is also survived by numerous cousins and dear friends.
