It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Priscilla H. Andre of Montrose, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer W. Hoopes, Jr. and Mary Sayre Hoopes; and her siblings, Louise "Dede" Shafer, Wilmer "Buzz" Hoopes III and Elisabeth Gilbert.
She is survived by: her husband David Steven Andre of Montrose; her children, David L. Andre of Bedford, NH, Carolyn Andre Beck of Fairbanks, AK and Peter S. Andre (Michelle) of Mason, OH; her in-laws, Neil Andre and Malcolm "Joe" Andre; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Andre, Benjamin Andre, Elizabeth Andre, James Beck, Colleen Beck, Mikaila Andre and Aubry Andre. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Montrose Presbyterian Church.
