She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred T. Smith and Bernice Smith (Rose); her husband Max E. Smith; her daughter Maxine Smith; her stepson Ricky Smith; and her siblings, Dick, Ron, Bob, Bill Smith and Marjorie Kinner.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter-in-law Brenda Smith of Laceyville, PA; her stepson Jeffrey (Pat Smith) of Nicholson, PA; her brother Jim; and her sister-in-law Lou Ann Smith of Montrose, PA. She is also survived by step-grandson, several nieces and nephews.
