We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2021, at the age of 32, Philip Michael Ford of Montrose, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charlotte and Dorian Ford; and also Lamar. He is survived by: his adoptive father Robert Ford; his parents, Robert Ford and Peggy Ford; his brothers, Matthew, Samuel and Joshua (Alyssa); his nephews, Caleb, Levi and Isaac Ford; his niece Abigail; his grandmother Janet Overmiller; his uncle Tim; and his aunt Margie Overmiller.

In lieu of flowers, the Ford family requests donations be made to Elisha's Home and Ministries.
