He was predeceased by: his father Charles Franklin Daly. He is survived by: his mother Donna J. Daly (Henry) of Fairdale, PA; his children, Melena and Owen Daly; and his siblings, Terry Lee Johnson of Fairdale, PA, Kathy (Mike Crandall), Kevin (Leah Daly), Charles (Linda Daly) and Mary Ann Daly (Josh Curley). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
