He is survived by: his parents, Michael Warner and Tammy Thomas; his sisters, Stefiny L. Martin (Shane II) of Towanda, PA, Miranda Warner of Montrose, PA and Sadie Warner of Montrose, PA; his nephew Shane Martin; and his grandmothers, Peggy V. Thomas of Towanda, PA and Helen Warner of Springville, PA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
