Hornak (Montrose, Pennsylvania), born in Binghamton, New York, who passed away on October 16, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Sandra Johnson; and his brother-in-law Barry Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Hornak (Johnston); his children, Michelle Fuller, Randy Fuller of Hallstead, PA, Jill Overly, Scott Overly and Matthew Hornak; his daughter-in-law Ericka Hornak of Dallas, PA; and his brothers-in-law, Sharon, Joan Fruiesen, Paul Fruiesen of Jackson Springs, NC, Martha Johnston, Douglas Johnston, Mame Johnston, Fuquay, Russell, Nancy Johnston and George Johnson. He is also survived by stepsons and their spouses, Justin and Nicole Cyr, Freehold, NJ, and Adam and Lorraine Cyr, Hatfield, PA; nine grandchildren and one great grandson; sister.
