He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Karpov and Claire Karpov; his pet Guinee; his wife Elizabeth; his daughter Kira; his brother Joseph (Kathleen); and his nephews, Alexander (Devin) and Maxwell (Angela). He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
It was Mark's wish that in place of sending flowers or other forms of commemoration, donations be made to the Women's Resource Center in care of Trehab, 36 Public Avenue, Montrose PA, 18801.
