She is survived by: her husband Cal Smales; her children, Lisa Reidsema (Bill), Brad Smales (Sherry), Debra Frear (Donald) and Loni Kilburn (Christopher); and her sisters, Sharon Newhart and Nancy Jerauld (Gary). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
