John F. Swire Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John F. Swire Sr. of Montrose, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 2, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Swire and Aseaneth Swire (Kocher); his wife Lillian E. Swire (Schoch); his children, Cheryl A., Daniel L. and David E. Swire; and his brothers, Amos H., Corey M., Bruce W., Ralph V., Rush R. and Thomas J. Swire.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Linda Swire of Frederick, MD. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
