Jean E. Carter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean E. Carter of Montrose, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 6, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Riker and Beulah Riker (Trine); her husband Ronald R. Carter, Sr.; her children, Terry Marie Carter, William Ronald Carter (Christina Carter) and Todd Anthony; her daughter-in-law Jeanette Carter; and her siblings, Leland, Raymond Riker, Judy Baker and Ruth Henry.
She is survived by: her son Thomas (Nina Carter). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
