She is survived by: her children, Donna Birchard (Brad) of Kutztown, PA, Debbie Branning (Ray Shook) of Johnson City, NY, David Hackett (Michelle) of Montrose, PA and Donald Hackett of Montrose, PA; and her siblings, John Lamphere (Barb) of South Montrose, PA, Jim Lamphere of Nicholson, PA and Patty Walker of Dimock, PA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
