He was predeceased by: his father John G. Daly; and his brother-in-law Gary Culver. He is survived by: his mother Doris Daly (Steele) of Montrose, PA; his children, Sean Daly (Renee), Shannon Neyra (Jay) and Ashley Gonzalez (Brian); his grandchildren, Aden, Teagan, Melissa, Johnnie Daly, Alexis, Aubrey, Jace and Addie Neyra; his siblings, Maureen Culver and John J. Daly (Tracey); and his aunts, Liz Fancher and Donna Daly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In Jerry's name, donations can be made to St. Jude's. As his final act of charity, he donated his organs to save others.
