He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Parker and Jane [Williams] Parker. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Parker of Montrose, PA; his stepchildren, Theresa Evans (Ron) of Friendsville, PA, Marie Kelly (Brett) of Tunkhannock, PA and Brendan Connolly (Jean Marie) of Hazleton, PA; and his grandchildren, Sean (Gabrielle), Caitlin (Jeffery), Jeffery, Heather, Bethany, Kieran, Lucian and Anola.
