She is survived by: her daughter Paula; her son-in-law Doug Cook of Montrose, PA; her son Billy; her daughter-in-law Anna Smith of Fairdale, PA; her grandchildren, Ellie Goff (Darryl), Wyatt Cook (Laneya Trecoske) and Beth Cook; her great grandchildren, Emily and Soraya Goff; her sister Dorell; her brother-in-law Frank Orzolek of Bloomsburg, PA; and her brothers, Jesse (Linda Woodruff) and Jerry Squier of Fairdale, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
