She was predeceased by: her parent Earl Baldwin; her son William Reuel Downer; and her siblings, Eva Wilbur, Kathryn Douglas, Pauline McGovern, James Baldwin, Paul Baldwin and Horace Baldwin.

She is survived by: her parent Frances Baldwin (Goodwin); her husband Gary Downer; her sons-in-law, Linda Reynolds, Joe Reynolds, Lisa, Scot Conway, Palmyra, Lois, Frank Capalaces and Montrose; her grandchildren, Caleb Reynolds, Alison Reynolds, Colby Conway and Caitlin Conway; and her sister Ethel Mae Ruhf of Lawton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Eleanor "Jean" Baldwin Downer, 80, of Montrose, passed away on Friday, July 20, 2018, at the Bradford County Manor, Troy, after a long battle with Alzheimers.
