She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Haynes and Dorothy M. Haynes (Howell); her husband George R. Smith; her son Roderick G. Smith (Shelly); her son-in-law Ron Millard; her grandchildren, Nicholas George and Michelle Marie; and her siblings, Beatrice Hill, Fred, Dick and Duane Haynes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dorothy "Doddie" (Peter Mondi) and Tracy Millard of Montrose, PA; her grandchildren, Jessica Severcool, Tasha Smith, Gracie and Jacob Lutz; her great grandchildren, Xavier, Zander, Nevaeh, Nicholas and Jaxxen; and her sister Evy Howell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Daniel K. Regan Funeral Home (232 S Main St, Montrose, PA 18801). A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
