He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Garrison and June Garrison (Strickland). He is survived by: his fiancée Carol Fowler; his children, David K. Garrison, Moriah Garrison and Candace Garrison; his grandchildren, Remington, Willow Garrison, Alexis, Zebulon, Caylee Gregory, Cylie, Chris Keith and Quashawn Green; his brother Dale Garrison; and his sister-in-law Debbie Garrison. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
