She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Caroline (Carrie); her spouse Brooks E. Warner; her daughter Jo Ann Leonard; her brothers, John "Jack" Walsh (Betty Rice), Gregory "Bobby" Walsh (Lillian Amheroni), Eugene Walsh (Jean O'Boyle) and William Walsh (Billy); and her nephews, Michael Walsh, Kenneth Eade and Robert Walsh.
She is survived by: her sons, Edward B. Warner and Alan R. Warner; her son-in-law George Leonard; her grandsons, Christopher M. Leonard (Allison), Ryan P. Leonard and Bryce; her great grandchild Keaton C. Leonard; her siblings, Madelyn J. Walsh and Jay; and her sister-in-law Margaret Warner.
