She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Booth and Cleah Booth (Brown); her husband Harold W. Smallacombe, Jr.; and her siblings, Betty Concellieri, Gordon, Ronnie and Allyn Booth.
She is survived by: her children, Mila Fairfax (Smallacombe), William J. Fairfax, Greg Flanagan, Joseph Smallacombe and Jennifer Smallacombe (Japel); and her grandchildren, Ela and Jake Smallacombe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
