She is survived by: her husband Howard; her children, Scott Bixby (Heidi) of Rochester, NY, Brett Bixby (Nicole) of Montrose, Renee Parrow (Craig) of Lakeland, FL and Richelle Epstein of Clarks Summit; and her brothers, Rodney Tarbell (Alida) of Middle Springs, VT and Raymond Tarbell (Linda) of Mt. Holly, VT.
