We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2020, at the age of 82, Barbara R. Terpstra of Montrose, Pennsylvania, born in Lynchburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester W. Riley and Frances Isabelle [Sensabaugh] Riley; and her son-in-law William Blalock. She is survived by: her husband Richard Terpstra of Montrose, PA; her daughters, Deborah Ann Terpstra of Montrose, PA, Dr. Sharon Lee Fisk (Jeffrey) of Hamburg, NY and Patricia Sue Terpstra-Blalock of Denver, CO; her grandchildren, Brett [Oy], Emily, James and Melanie; her great grandchild Michael; her brother Lester Riley, Jr. (Karen) of Crimora Station, VA; and her nephew Pete Riley.
