She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar L. Campbell and Mary J. Campbell (Axtell); her husband Paul J. Kurosky; her daughter Darlene Bunnell; her grandson Tyler Bunnell; and her sisters, June Weatherbee, Maxine Brown and Ruth Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Lynda Williams (Claire), Perry Maddox, Larry Maddox, Beth Allen (Paul), Beverly Moon, Clifford Maddox and Rex Barbur; her stepdaughter Cheryl Kurosky; and her close friends, RoseAnn and John Clough. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
