He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Rush and Mildred Rush; and his sister Donna Lutz. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Lori Hower (John) and Christopher Rush; his grandson Miles Rush; his great grandchild Naolani Rush; and his siblings, Vern Rush (Georgia), Arlene Kinney, Dale Rush (Peg) and Bonnie Rush. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Friends may call from 2-4 p. m., prior to the service with masks and social distancing measures in place.
