She is survived by: her sons, Gregory L. Phillips of Litiz and Roderick L. Phillips of Hughesville; and her grandchildren, Stephanie P. Taggart, Krista L. Kramer and Shane G. Phillips. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
