He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Povish and Mary Mutschler (Groner); his wife Mary Lee; his siblings, Franklin Povish, Catherine Harstead, Irene Miller and Martha Taylor; and his stepfather Herman Mutschler.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen Povish of Montoursville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
