It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Bieber (Montoursville, Pennsylvania), born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 23, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne J. Scruggs and Janice M. Scruggs (Crist); and her brother Harold Scruggs. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie G. Bieber; her son Gregory Bieber of South Williamsport; her granddaughter Codi Bieber; and her sisters, Carol Gundrum of Williamsport and June Ashenfelder (Keith) of Williamsport.
