He was predeceased by: his father Charles Tupper; his sister Angie Mae Barber; and his grandmothers, Lana Tupper and Zelda Gardner. He is survived by: his mother Arletta Breasette (Kohler) of Montoursville; his wife Rose Tupper (Edwards) of Montoursville; his daughters, Kayla Webb (Nathan) of Williamsport, Alexa Tupper of Montoursville and Sophie Tupper of Montoursville; his in-laws, Rosalina and Albert Sr.; his brother-in-law AJ Edwards; his grandchildren, Scarlett Webb, Valencia Webb, Rosalee Webb, Coleson Webb and Quentin Webb; his grandfather Jacob Gardner; and his stepsiblings, Hope Yeagle (Chris), Heather Brungard and Wayne Brungard. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home- Montoursville (733 Broad St, Montoursville, PA 17754). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
