He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Barr and Dorothy Barr (Wachob); and his sister Judy Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Frances Barr (Palmer) of Montoursville; his children, Gregory Barr of Prospect and Deborah Noel (John) of Dover; and his grandchildren, Ben Popejoy, Nathan Popejoy, Jordan Noel, Danielle Noel, Brandon Barr and Jason Barr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
