He was predeceased by: his wife Lena M. Strayer (Minnella); his parents, Walter C. Strayer and Helen Strayer (Hummer); his daughters, Maria Ferguson and Anne Secreti; and his siblings, Edith, Maxine, Paul, Walter Jr. and Donald Strayer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carmella L. Plage of Linden and Christine J. DeGarmo (Walter) of South Williamsport. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dick's name to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 800 Mulberry Street, Montoursville PA 17754.
