With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Joseph Weilminster of Montoursville, Pennsylvania, born in Queens, New York, who passed away on December 4, 2023 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Idus J. Weilminster and Elvira Weilminster (Becker). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kay" Weilminster (Hayes); his sons, Richard J. Weilminster, Jr. (Carrie C. Nicholson) of Phoenix, MD, Eric J. Weilminster (Coreen Evans Weilminster) of Arnold, MD and Mark J. Weilminster of Bel Air, MD.; his family, Carl and Jess Bower; his friend Rich; and also, Lucas and Clark of Williamsport. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
