Phillips (Whitmoyer); his children, Andrew Phillips and Paula Grunsby (Rick); his siblings, Gary Phillips (Renee), Steve Phillips (Stephanie), Shirley Livermore and Alice Pena (Leo); his stepson Philip Ricci (Brenna); and his brother-in-law John Whitmoyer (Deb).
