She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Foster and Harriet Foster (Wilt); her husband John L. Brooke; her former husband Marlin D. "Sonny" Hanner Sr.; her son James Brooke; and her siblings, Theodore, John, Allen Foster, Alice Fuller, Ruth Egli, Joyce Rood and Jeannette Dittmar.
She is survived by: her son Jerry Brooke (Brendi) of Watsontown; her daughter-in-law Melanie Brooke (James) of Montoursville; her grandchildren, Stephen Brooke (Karie), Kevin Brooke (Kelsey), Kristin Stevenson (Travis), Kortney Snyder (Shane) and Bryson Brooke (Erika); her great grandchildren, Cadence, Reyna Peyton, Hanna, Arianna, Logan, Jaxon and Julian; her nephew Hank Chapman (Roxy); and also, Sue Wolfe, Bob and Beth Russell.
