It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Spencer of Montoursville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 17, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Sr. Mundrick and Gladys L. Mundrick (Casner); her former husband Carlton L. Spencer; her husband Ralph F. Spencer; and her siblings, William C. Mundrick Jr., Robert L. Mundrick, Donald L. Mundrick, Lester A. Mundrick and Mary E. Smith.
She is survived by: her siblings, Doris F. Hall, Ann L. Beck, Linda L. Kepner (David) and David A. Mundrick. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
